The resort-inspired Cirrus at Bridgetown East Pasig has both indoor and outdoor amenities that could be lifestyle-changing for residents. They don’t have to go far just to enjoy the weekend sun or have a great workout far from home. Here at the Cirrus, the family doesn’t need to sign up for a gym membership just to have exciting workout even on a daily basis because you are given the privilege to use the site’s amenities once you purchased a unit. Here are the indoor amenities at the Cirrus: Lounge area, function rooms, fitness center, sky lounge, and a private theater. While the outdoor amenities are as follows: swimming pool, pool deck, jogging trail, and sky garden deck, among others.

The Cirrus lets you explore the beauty of your own home and how you live in a place where everything is convenient. Each residential unit is completely finished during the turn over date. This condo community has a magnificent entrance lobby with a reception counter on the ground floor. Courteous staff and polite security personnel are always there to assist you and the family. Feel the comfort of a 24/7 security in any premise within the condo community. There are 6 high-speed elevators (5 elevators for residents and guests’ use and 1 for other services).
The presence of several CCTV monitors enhances security at any time of the day. The property has an annunciation panel with emergency speaker so you will know what’s happening in the vicinity of the property round-the-clock. The site is equipped with an elevated tank and an underground cistern, with standby generator (for common areas) during emergencies, individual mailboxes, central garbage holding room, building administration office and security room, a sewage treatment plant, and fire exits in both building wings with well-lighted signage to guide residents during emergencies. The signage conforms to the standards of the Fire Code of the Philippines.
Furthermore, each residential unit has an entrance panel door with a viewer, an intercom connected to the reception counter, automatic smoke detectors, fire alarm system, and sprinkler system. Each unit is also provided with an individual electric & water meter, telephone line at the living room and bedroom, cable TV line at the living room and bedroom, hot water pipeline for T&B (not including water heater), space for washer/ dryer, and standby power at selected outlets for every unit. The available parking slots have a total of 250 for the exclusive use of residents, visitors, and guests.
